Terms of use

Effective 26 October 2026. These terms cover use of the attestorian.com website. Use of Attestorian software is governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Who we are

The attestorian.com website is operated by SARCORP, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Information on this website

The website describes Attestorian for general information. Capability descriptions reflect the current product and local test evidence; performance in a specific environment is established during a pilot. Case studies marked as illustrative describe representative scenarios, not named customer deployments. Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, or an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Interactive demonstrations

The demonstrations are simplified, run entirely in your browser, and use fictitious sample data. They illustrate concepts and are not the full product.

4. Intellectual property

Attestorian is proprietary technology. The website, its content, design, and the Attestorian name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for evaluation purposes but may not copy, modify, or reuse the content commercially without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully. Good-faith security research reported through our responsible disclosure process is welcome.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions: Contact us.
