Privacy notice

Effective 26 October 2026. This notice covers the attestorian.com website. Product deployments are governed by the agreement with each customer.

1. Who we are

The attestorian.com website is operated by SARCORP, Pakistan ("we", "us"), the developer of Attestorian. For any privacy question, contact us.

2. What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking.
  • It loads no analytics, advertising, social media, or other third-party scripts.
  • It loads fonts and assets only from attestorian.com.
  • The interactive demonstrations run entirely in your browser. The sample data you edit is never sent anywhere.

3. Information we receive

Enquiries. The contact form does not submit data to our servers. It opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. If you choose to send it, we receive the email and the details you included, such as your name, work email, organization, role, and message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of request, for security and operation of the service. We do not use these logs to profile visitors.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed for that purpose and any resulting relationship, and delete them when no longer required.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host our website and email, under appropriate obligations, or where required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise them, contact us. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Changes

We will update this notice if our practices change and revise the effective date above.
